‡ Marie & Henk de la Mar teach you the timeless dances of the Greek Isles. Originally from Holland, Hank and Marie have travelled the Greek Islands extensively, learning and teaching the indigenous dances to small and large grougs for over a decade.

Henk and Marie met each other in highschool and started ballroom dancing. Since then they've married and together have taught many people to dance - and still do. They both retired in 2004, which makes it easier for them to travel for dance around Greece. They perform at festivals
all over Europe.

They have been coming to Karpathos every year since 1996. Sophia met them in Karpathos in 2006 at a local taverna. Henk and Marie will be offering group and private lessons for anyone who is interested when they're on Karpathos.
